Recruit supervisors, measurers and interviewers and reserves fieldworkers through multiple assessment processes.
Provide life insurance to all fieldworkers before the fieldwork starts.
Ensure that all fieldworkers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an immunity certificate.
Prepare a clear plan for the main fieldwork logistics (e.g. arranging for transport, identifying, and contacting local officials and community leaders in each selected cluster to inform them about the main fieldwork) in selected clusters spread across all regions and districts.
Plan and organize the main fieldwork including the arrangement of the transportation (minivans) for the teams.
Ensure regular monitoring and quality checks of the main fieldwork. All the personnel of the company that will be involved in the monitoring process should be participating in 30-day-long training.
